Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern every booking made with Bali Exotic Travel, a locally based tour operator in Lovina, North Bali, Indonesia. By confirming a booking you accept these terms on behalf of every traveller in your party.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your booking.

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your place is secured once we confirm availability and you have paid the required deposit. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Prices are quoted in euro unless stated otherwise and are guaranteed once your booking is confirmed.

Most tours require a small deposit, with the balance payable in cash or by card at the start of the tour. Accepted payment methods are shown on the booking page.

Prices include the guide, transport described in the itinerary, entrance fees and equipment listed under “What's included”. Personal expenses, meals not listed and tips are not included.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Within 48 hours the deposit may be retained. No-shows at the agreed meeting point are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

We may cancel or reschedule a tour for reasons beyond our control — unsafe sea or weather conditions, natural events or official closures. In that case you choose between a free reschedule or a full refund.

We will never leave you without an answer: in the rare event of a cancellation we contact you as early as possible.

Our tours involve outdoor activity in a tropical environment. You must follow the safety instructions of your guide at all times. Guests are responsible for being in adequate health for the activity they book; some tours have minimum ages or fitness requirements shown on the tour page.

We reserve the right to refuse participation, without refund, to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving in a way that endangers the group.

We hold the insurance required by Indonesian law for our operations. We strongly recommend that you also travel with personal travel insurance covering outdoor activities, medical costs and trip changes.

Bali Exotic Travel is liable for damage caused by our own negligence within the limits of Indonesian law. Our liability is excluded for loss, injury or delay caused by third parties, force majeure or failure to follow the guide's instructions.

If something is not right, tell your guide immediately so we can fix it on the spot. Any further complaint must reach us in writing within 14 days of the tour and we will respond within 10 working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
